Founded in Bozeman, MT in 1988.

Second Wind Sports is a consignment shop specializing in outdoor gear, sporting goods, and apparel. We have been finding new homes for great gear for over 30 years and added Fort Collins, CO to our growing family in 2021.

The Fort Collins store is locally owned and operated by the Klingensmith family. Avid adventurers themselves, they have each completed 31 of Colorado’s 14ers and recently hiked from Mexico to Wyoming on the Continental Divide Trail. Leal grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but has been out west since 2010, spending time in Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado. Molly was born and raised in Fort Collins and loves all that Colorado has to offer.
